Porter is an official TEENAGER!

Porter officially turned thirteen this year, making him our third teenager! Congratulations, Porter! Exciting times are ahead! His birthday this year was, well, interesting. You can see by the pictures that he is opening some kind of electronic gizmo. Well, the problem was that all had been asking for was a Nintendo DS. I went to buy it, thinking it was an easy purchase, and the clerk informed me that a newer, bigger, better version was releasing in two weeks. Well, I couldn't have NOTHING for him to open on his birthday, so we had him open the older version, then told him he couldn't open the box. Is that cruel or what?!? Then we took him to the store so he could see what the two weeks' wait would bring him. It was definitely a torturous two weeks, but he now claims the wait was worth it:-)
