While
listening to the Primary Children sing "I Know that My Savior Loves
Me," I had the following thought:
There
are verses we know well. We generally know the chorus really well. There are
verses we may not know as well, we may mouth the words, say an occasional
phrase, lag behind those singing around us and try to copy what they are saying
just after they say it. This is like life and our testimony: There are some
parts we know well. There are other parts we know really well. There are other
parts that we may not know as well. Don't stop, or give up because of what you
don't know. Sing what you know, hold to what you know and rely on the Savior
and those around you to be the example and carry you while you learn the other
parts. Sing what you know! The rest will come. (Kyna Erickson)
