4 c. warm
water
2. Tbsp
yeast, heaping
5 1/2 c.
flour (whole wheat recommended)
Mix above
ingredients, then let rest for 10 minutes.
Add:
1 Tbsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
5 1/2-6 1/2
c. more flour (Do not exceed 50% total
whole wheat)
Mix in
Kitchen Aid with regular paddle. When
mixed thoroughly,
switch to
bread hook and let machine knead it for about 3-5 minutes.
**Use as for
bread, rolls, cinnamon rolls, breadsticks**
