Cindy’s Version of Applebee’s
Oriental Chicken Salad
Dressing:
3 T.
honey 1
tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1 ½ T.
rice wine vinegar 1/8
tsp. sesame oil
¼ c.
mayonnaise
Salad:
One
bag Romaine salad mix (or any salad ingredients desired)
1
handful of toasted, sliced almonds (I toast them
in a little bit of butter over med. heat.)
1
handful Chow Mein noodles
4
chicken breasts, breaded and baked
After
chicken is cooked, slice meat into 1/2” strips.
Toss with salad ingredients.
Can
add mandarin orange slices if desired.
Toss with dressing. Yum! (The
dressing
is what makes this recipeJ)
