Teriyaki Marinated Turkey Breast
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. boneless turkey breast, skinned
1/4 c. honey

Combine first 3 ingredients in a
2 cup glass measure. Microwave on high, uncover 1 minute. Stir well. Pour
marinade over turkey breast in a zip lock heavy duty plastic bag and seal bag
tightly. Place bag in shallow pan and refrigerate overnight. Turn occasionally.
Remove turkey breast from refrigerator. Put turkey in a glass baking dish and
cook covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers
175 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices if
desired. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
