Julie’s Pizza Dough makes 1 lg. pizza
1 c.
warm water 1
tsp. Sugar
1 T.
yeast 2
T. vegetable oil
1 tsp.
Salt 3-3½
c. flour
Corn
meal to dust the pizza pan
Mix
the water, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil.
Add ½ flour and mix. Switch to
the
bread hook and mix in remaining flour.
Let the mixture knead the until smooth (about 1-2 mins. in a Kitchen Aid
mixer.) Roll out dough to fit your pizza
pan. Spray pizza pan
with
non-stick spray and dust with corn meal.
Place dough on pan with about 1 inch
overhang.
Roll edges under. Top with desired
toppings and bake 15-20 mins.
At
450.degrees.
