Teriyaki Beef Jerky


Teriyaki Beef Jerky

2 lbs. Meat (rump roast, slice thin like bacon)
¼ c. soy sauce                                                        2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. Fresh grated ginger or ½ tsp. Grated ginger
2 tsp. Sugar                                                             1 tsp. Salt

Combine all ingredients except meat.  Pour liquids over meat in a large, flat bowl.  Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
