Spicy Marinade Beef Jerky


Spicy Marinade Beef Jerky

4 lbs. Beef (rump roast, slice thin like bacon)

¼ c. soy sauce                                                        ½ c. grape juice
2 T. liquid smoke                                                      ½ T. lemon pepper
2 c. boiling water                                                      ½ T. Tobasco sauce
1 T. salt                                                                    ½ tsp. Garlic salt

Combine all ingredients.  Pour over meat in a large bowl or put in gallon size ziploc bag.  Let stand 4 hours or overnight. Dehydrate thoroughly and store in airtight container.
