Oatmeal Crackers


Oatmeal Crackers                                 From Nikki Hall

2 c. rolled oats                          1 egg
1 c. flour                                   ½ tsp. salt
½ c. br. sugar, packed              ½ tsp. baking soda
½ c. + 2 T. butter                       ¼ tsp. baking powder
Milk

In medium sized bowl, combine oats, flour, and sugar.  Cut in butter.
Add egg, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.  Add enough milk to make
a stiff dough. Roll out dough and cut into squares or desired shapes.
Place on greased cookie sheet, prick with fork.  Bake at 350 degrees
until lightly browned.
