Lisa's Pumpkin Bread


Lisa’s Pumpkin Bread                          From: Lisa McNabb

4 eggs                          3 c. sugar
1 c. oil                          2 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. water                   2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt                    1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg                    3 1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

In a mixer, mix wet ingredients together well. Add dry ingredients. Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour. For muffins, fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full with batter and bake at 400 ̊ for 20 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen muffins.
