Artichoke Red Pepper Dip


Artichoke Red Pepper Dip                            From: Sherene Winkel

1/3 c. sliced green onions                
2 tsp. marg. or butter                          
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 7oz. jar roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cook onions in marg. until tender.  Remove from heat. Stir in artichoke,
parmesan, mayo, pepper.  Put in pie plate.  Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake 20 mins. (or microwave) until heated through. Can make before
baking up to 24 hrs. ahead.
