Granola


Granola                                    From: Michele Willford
2 ½ c. rolled oats                     
1/3 c. br. sugar                         
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
½ c. slivered almonds
¼ c. butter
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Heat butter and honey together until melted.
Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Spread on ungreased baking sheet.  Bake 15-20 mins. Let cool on pan
