Crust:
1 c. butter, softened 1/2 c.
powdered sugar
dash salt 2 c. flour
Combine all
ingredients and mix well. Press
into 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 mins. until nicely
browned.
Filling:
4 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar 6 T. lemon juice
Combine flour and
sugar; mix in beaten eggs and juice.
Pour into cooled crust. Bake 350
degrees for 25 mins. or until set. Cool
and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
