Banana Nut

A lighter, fluffier banana bread/muffin recipe

c. sugar 2
eggs 6
T. oil 1
½ c. milk 5
c. flour
2 T.+1tsp baking powder
2 tsp. salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, eggs, and
oil. Add milk slowly. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add bananas and nuts. Pour into
greased muffin tins or loaf pans. Bake
350 degrees. For loaves: 60 mins. For muffins:
about 30 mins.
