Prime Rib

Rub Carl’s Seasoning all over roast and put on raised rack in a roasting pan
with the fat side up.  Bake uncovered at 325 degrees on convection roast.
Allow 15 min./lb for rare meat, 20 min/lb for medium.
Allow to sit for 10-20 minutes before carving.
